New Indiana Diploma - Seals and Current Student Interest!

On Wednesday, February 18th we'll host an informational night detailing options and gauging interest for students to opt-in to earn the New Indiana Diploma (Required for Class of 2029+) and the Readiness Seals associated. Current sophomores and juniors are working toward a General Diploma, Core 40, Core 40 with Academic Honors, or a Core 40 with Technical Honors. A path to college admissions, a possible career, and military entrance are all viable options with the aforementioned diplomas and the required Graduation Pathways. However, it may be beneficial for your student to consider opting-in to the New Indiana Diploma and more specifically the Enrollment, Employment, or Enlistment Honors Plus Seals. If you'd like to know more, please make plans to be in attendance on February 18th, 2026 at 6 p.m. in Parker Auditorium! Indiana University will also be present that evening to discuss the Indiana College Core and the benefits related to earning that certification upon graduation from Greencastle High School.

As we move forward with the spring semester, contacting your counselor will prove to be quite beneficial as students/families will be able to go through specific requirements and individual plans/circumstances as they prepare for postsecondary success in college, the workforce, or the military.
